By using My Hall (myhall.in), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

My Hall is a free venue discovery and enquiry platform. We connect users looking for party halls and banquet venues with venue owners and our team. We do not directly own, operate or manage any venues listed on the platform.

Submitting enquiries through My Hall is completely free. We do not charge users any booking fee, service fee or commission. Our revenue comes from venue listing fees paid by venue owners.

Venue information, pricing and availability is provided by venue owners and is subject to change. My Hall makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee that all details are current. Always confirm final pricing and availability directly with the venue.

When using My Hall, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information when submitting enquiries
• Not submit fake or spam enquiries
• Not attempt to access admin areas or other users' accounts
• Not scrape, copy or republish venue listings without permission

Venue owners who list on My Hall agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their venue, pricing and availability
• Respond to leads in a timely manner
• Not misrepresent their venue or services
• Honour prices quoted through the platform in good faith

My Hall is not liable for any disputes, damages or losses arising from venue bookings made through the platform. We are a discovery and introductory service only. Any contract for venue hire is between the user and the venue owner directly.

All content on My Hall including text, logos, images and code is the property of My Hall or its licensors. Venue photos remain the property of venue owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of My Hall after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
